Robert J. Kime, 86, of Natick, passed away on November 25, 2012 at the Mary Ann Morse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Natick. He was the beloved husband of Anne Marie (Johnson) Kime with whom he shared 56 years of marriage. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mr. Kime’s funeral from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park St. (at Natick Common) NATICK on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 8:15 AM to be followed by his Mass of Christian Burial in St. Linus Church, 119 Hartford St. Natick at 9:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Natick. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, November 30, 2012 from 4-7 PM. Donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s own choosing. Therese M. (Damplo) Berardi, 81, of Leominster, died Friday, November 30, 2012 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. She was the beloved wife of Ralph L. Berardi who died in 2009. Born in Medway on January 21, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Saleme) Damplo. Mrs. Berardi grew up in Medway, graduated from Medway High School and was Salutatorian of her class. She has been a Leominster resident for the past 20 years. Mrs. Berardi was an exceptional receptionist for various companies throughout her working career. Family was most important to Mrs. Berardi and she cherished the time spent with them. She is survived by her children, Donna M. Flavin and her life partner Claudia Furness of Sun City, CA, Ralph L. Berardi and his wife Sandra of Rutland, MA, Stephen G. Berardi and his wife Brenda of Shrewsbury, MA, Therese A. Manseau and her husband Mark of Holden and Christine M. Bodily and her husband Steven of Helotes, TX. She is also survived by her sister, Helen Buchino of Lake Havasu, Arizona, nine grandchildren, one great-grandson and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters and a brother, Anthony, Antoinet and Mary. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Friday, December 7 from the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway at 9:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Joseph’s Church, 151 Village St. in Medway at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. An invitation will be extended to family and friends following the burial to a reception at the VFW Post, 123 Holliston St. in Medway. Joseph M. Reilly, 81 of Medway died December 2 at his home after a long illness. He was the husband of Shirley (Hughes) Reilly. Born in Hyde Park, November 12, 1931, the son of the late Patrick and Delia (Curran) Reilly, Mr. Reilly was raised in Hyde Park and had lived in Medway since 1966. Mr. Reilly was a graduate of Boston College High School and attended Northeastern University. Mr. Reilly operated his own business as a civil engineer until he retired October 1966. He proudly served in the Navy during the Korean War attaining the rank of Radioman 2nd Class. He was a member of the Medway VFW and the American Legion. He was a member of the Stony Brook Photography Club and was an avid photographer and pool player. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Patricia Donahue and her husband James of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Joseph M. Reilly, Jr. and his wife Barbara of Silver Lake, New Hampshire and Karen Shartle and her husband Herb of Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is also survived by his sister Claire Monihan of Norwell and was the brother of the late Marian Albani. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Shannon, Kathleen, Emma and Bryce and many nieces and nephews. Stanley Prosneick 94, of Medway, died December 8 in Milford Regional Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Helen E. (Lasker) Prosneick who died in 2004. Born in Depew, New York, March 23, 1918, the son of the late Albert Prosniak and Anna (Kiebzak) and her husband John Bezuszko, Mr. Prosneick was raised in Buffalo and had lived in Cheektowaga, New York for 52 years prior to moving to Medway six years ago. Mr. Prosneick had worked for the Pierce & Stevens Chemical Corporation in Buffalo for 42 years before retiring. Stanley loved to bowl. He is survived by his children, Roger Prosneick of Silver Creek, New York and his late wife Joanne, Karen Solly and her husband Paul of Orchard Park, New York, Debora Lawton and her husband Timothy of Medway. He was the father of the late Dennis Prosneick. He was the brother of Helen Prosniak of Cheektowaga, New York and the late Walter Prosneick, Matthew Prosneick and Edward Prosniak. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Lisa, Amy and Kevin Prosneick, Bradley and Nathan Solly and Adam and Ryan Lawton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at a later date in New York. Frederick Allen Tingley 12/12/2012 Medway, MA

Frederick Allen Tingley, 80, of Medway, died peacefully on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Alice M. (Shannon) Tingley for 55 years. Born in Milford on December 10, 1932, he was the son of the late Frederick and Margaret (Small) Tingley. Fred was a lifelong resident of Medway. He graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Milford and attended Boston College. Fred worked for the N. E. Telephone Co. for many years and retired in 1990 as a manager. He served on the Medway Fire Department for 43 years retiring in 1998 as Captain. Fred proudly served in the Army for two years during the Korean Conflict and attained the rank of Corporal. He was a past Commander of the Medway VFW Post 1526 and spent many years putting up and taking down flags displayed around town for Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day observances and was a member of the Memorial Day Committee. Fred was an original member of the Medway Christmas Parade Committee and had served as Grand Marshall. Fred was also a member of the Medway Council On Aging and served for two years as Chairperson of the Council. He also served on Tri-Valley Elder Services Board of Directors for many years including the past five years on their executive committee and served on the Town of Medway Job Classification Review Board. Fred managed a little league team and served as President of the league and also coached CYO basketball for many years. Fred enjoyed being a reader for many years in the Medway School System for grades 1-4 and was honored in 2005 as Citizen of the Year. Besides his wife he is survived by four sons, Medway Police Chief Allen M. Tingley and his wife Charlene of Medway, Paul Tingley of Franklin and Timothy and Mark Tingley, both of Medway, a sister Mary Lou Staples of Medway and a brother Bob Tingley of Woburn. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, Nichole, Bryon, Susan, Rebecca, Billy, Kyle and Hannah and five great-grandchildren, Madison, Molly, Ava, Michael and Lilliana. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Monday, December 17 from the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway at 9:15 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at St. Joseph’s Church, 151 Village St. in Medway at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. NATICK: Donald Paul Oulton, Esq., age 82, a longtime Natick resident and retired attorney, died peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday evening, December 19, 2012, at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center. He was the devoted husband of Carol Jane (Burke) Oulton for 54 happy years. Born, raised and educated in Kingston, NY, he was a son of the late Francis and Nancy (Carroll) Oulton. Don enlisted with the US Army in 1951 and saw combat in Korea where he earned a Combat Infantry Badge and three bronze service stars while rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant. Returning from Korea, he served with the National Honor Guard at Arlington National Cemetery until his discharge. The Oultons married in 1958 and lived in Brookline prior to settling in Natick in 1964. Donald earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University and continued his studies at Suffolk School of Law, completing his Juris Doctorate in 1969. He served as an ADA with the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office until 1973. Don then became employed with the US Air Force and was to work for the next 30 years at Hanscom Air Force Base. He was Chief of the International Law Division of the Judge Advocate’s Office at the time of his retirement. Donald had also had a private law practice in Natick for several years. A member of the Massachusetts Bar Assoc., the Supreme Judicial Court of the United States, the Federal Bar Assoc., and a number of other professional organizations, Don was a longtime active parishioner and CCD teacher at Saint James the Great Church in Wellesley. He and his family later joined Sacred Heart Parish in South Natick. He loved the game of golf from the age of 9 and won many tournaments at Twaalfskill Golf Club in Kingston. Don very much enjoyed his retirement, particularly dining out with his best friend and wife, Carol. He spent many happy times with his family, children, and grandchildren. He is survived by Carol; their children David P. Oulton of Franklin, Nancy J. Williams and husband Dan of Athol, Sarah A. Oulton of Agawam, and Carol B. Hladick and husband Andy of Medway; six grandchildren, Sara, James, David, Mariah, Andrew, and Maegan; two great-grandchildren, Wesley and Erin; two brothers, Francis Oulton of Sterling, VA, and Andrew Oulton and wife Ann of Walpole; and many nieces and nephews. He was also a brother of the late Eileen Brannigan, Patricia Sapp, Mary Burton, Nancy Geuss, Jane Walsh, James Oulton, and Thomas Oulton. His funeral will be from the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street at Natick Common, Natick, on Friday, Dec. 28th at 8:00a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Linus Church, 119 Hartford Street, Natick, at 9:00a.m. Burial will follow at Glenwood Cemetery. Carol A. (Brown) Wagner, a long time resident of Medway, died Thursday, December 20, 2012 at the Stanley R. Tippett Home in Needham after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Edward I. Wagner Jr. Born in Boston and raised in Brookline, she was the daughter of Mary E. (Steele) Brown and the late Joseph F. Brown. Carol is also survived by her children, Ashley Grant, and Dylan & Shane Wagner; her brother Joseph Brown of Foxboro, his wife Peggy, and their children, Joey, Matt, Allison, and Michael; and her close friend Alice Edwards, of Narragansett, RI. She will be dearly missed by her many cousins, childhood friends from Brookline, family friends in Medway, and all those in between. She was the sister of the late Robert Brown of Foxboro, and the late Richard Brown of Brookline. Carol’s most cherished role was as a mother, and spending time with her family was most important to her. Alice M. (Bayramshian) Reardon, 99, formerly of Millis, died December 23, in the Medway Country Manor. She was the wife of the late Lawrence Reardon who died in 1978. Born in Bridgewater, September 16, 1913, the daughter of the late Advis and Lucy (Garabedian) Bayramshian, Mrs. Reardon had lived in Millis for most of her life prior to moving to East Falmouth where she lived for several years until moving to Bellingham where she stayed until entering Medway Country Manor. Mrs. Reardon had been a designer of ladies handbag for over thirty years. She had worked for the Carlton Bag company. Alice was an avid painter. Mrs. Reardon is survived by many dear friends. Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday December 28 in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Millis at 10:00. Burial will be in Prospect Hill Cemetery, Mills. NATICK: Carol Jane Oulton, age 79, a longtime Natick resident, went to be with the Lord and her beloved husband Don on Tuesday, December 25, 2012, at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center. She was the devoted wife of Donald Paul Oulton for 54 happy years. Born, raised and educated in Brookline, MA she was a daughter of the late William and Catherine (O’Neil) Burke. The Oultons married in 1958 and lived in Brookline prior to settling in Natick in 1964. Carol earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a second Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Tufts University in 1957. Carol dedicated her life to her family. In 1985 after raising her children, she became employed with the US Air Force and was to work for the next 16 years at Hanscom Air Force Base. She was a Procurement Assistant/Technician in the Electronics Systems Center at the time of her retirement. Carol was a longtime active parishioner at Saint James the Great Church in Wellesley. She and her family later joined Sacred Heart Parish in South Natick where Carol and her dearest friend Maureen Zullo began a Children’s Choir. Carol was a gifted and accomplished pianist. One of her greatest joys was sharing her love of music with the children and serving as their organist for fourteen years. Carol very much enjoyed her retirement, particularly dining out with his best friend and husband, Don. She spent many happy times with her family, children, and grandchildren. Carol had a deep and abiding love for all her friends and staff at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center – wonderful people who cared for her and filled her last days with laughter. She is survived by her children: David P. Oulton of Franklin, Nancy J. Williams and husband Dan of Athol, Sarah A. Oulton of Agawam, and Carol B. Hladick and husband Andy of Medway; six grandchildren, Sara, James, David, Mariah, Andrew, and Maegan; two great-grandchildren, Wesley and Erin; her sister Connie Curtis of Milton,MA, and her brother David Burke and his wife Trixie of Eastham, MA; and many nieces and nephews. She was also a sister of the late William Burke, Jr. and Virginia Meehan. Hazel Hocking, our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2012 at the Medway Country Manor. Hazel was an elegant, intelligent, caring and kind woman who deeply loved her family and friends and who saw the good in everyone. Hazel was born on March 29, 1915 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Thomas H. and Martha (Blewett) Dunn of Cornwall, England where she lived until 1975 at which time she moved to Bellingham, MA. Hazel was raised by her parents to work hard, value education and to love the gospel of Jesus Christ. She spent most of her free time serving her church. For many years, she taught Sunday school, was a choir member, directed the youth choir and served on the women’s guild at the Church of Peace in Brooklyn. Upon moving to Bellingham she continued her service at the Medway Community Church where she also taught Sunday school and was active in many church groups. She was a member of the International Order of The King’s Daughters. She also believed in giving back to her community by serving on the board of the former Friends of Bellingham Seniors and was a member of the Bellingham Council of Aging. She worked as a receptionist at the Nassau Federal Savings and Loan Assoc. in Brooklyn until her retirement in 1975. She was the loving wife of the late Reginald Hocking who died in 1967. She is survived by two daughters, Jane Knief and her husband Edward Knief of Bellingham, MA and Nan E. Johnson of Wantagh, NY, the late William Johnson, six grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at the Medway Community Church, 193 Main Street in Medway on Saturday, December 29 at 10 a.m. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 3 – 6 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber Street in Medway. Frances H. (Johnson) LeMay, 90, of Medway died Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Milford Regional Medical Center. She was the former wife of the late Richard LeMay. Born in Framingham on June 20, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Harry T. and Allevina (Benson) Johnson. Mrs. LeMay was a lifelong resident of Medway and attended Medway High School. She later earned an Associate’s Degree from the New England School of Arts in Boston. She was an accomplished artist and worked in acrylics, oils and watercolors, painting portraits and landscapes which included several old familiar Medway landmarks. One of her paintings hangs in the Medway Public Library. Fran loved music, playing the piano and singing. She sang for many years with the area chapter of Sweet Adelines, and also with the Charles River Chorale and the choir at Christ Episcopal Church in Medway. In addition to working fulltime and caring for her home, Fran was also the caregiver for her grandchildren and, later, for an aunt and an uncle. Her home was always open when a child, grandchild, or friend needed a helping hand for a few months or a few years. Mrs. LeMay worked for several years at the former Dennison Mfg. Company in Framingham. She spent more than twenty years with Ratheon, later G.T.E., in Needham, where she had a top-secret clearance for her drafting and design work on many government projects. After her retirement, she enjoyed traveling to singing competitions with Sweet Adelines friends as well as traveling for pleasure. Mrs. LeMay was an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in Medway, serving as head of the Altar Guild for many years, as chairman of the annual Christmas Fair on several occasions, and singing in the choir. She was considered the “Grand Dame” of pie-crust-making during the annual apple-pie-making activities for the fair, and she organized groups which made crafts for the fair. She is survived by her daughter Joan (Fontaine) Power of Milford, two sons, Richard LeMay of Coplin Plantation, ME and Timothy LeMay of Medway, eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, George Johnson, Marjorie Rice, Harry T. Johnson and Theodore Johnson, all of Medway, and many nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Ann (Fontaine) Ingoldsby and sister of the late Virginia (Johnson) Brennan. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at Christ Episcopal Church, 14 School St., Medway on Monday, December 31 at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in West Medway. Margaret Ellen “Peggy” (Walsh) Wells, 63, of Medway, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at her home. She was the beloved wife of George F. Wells since 1969. Born in Charlestown on November 2, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Helen (McKinnon) Walsh. Mrs. Wells was a resident of Medway since 1973 and had formerly resided in Roslindale and Charlestown. During the 1970’s and 80’s, she worked as the Director of the Norwegian Old Peoples Home in Roslindale. Besides her husband, she is survived by her son David Wells and his wife Heather of Milford, her grandson David James Wells, a sister Sharon Quinonez of Hull, and a brother Joseph Conley of Maine. She is also survived by her nieces, Teresa Egersheim and Kim Norton, both of Hull and many other beloved nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Linda Walsh. Mary C. “Cathy” (McAneany) Bach 69, of Medway died December 27 in her home following a long illness. She was the wife of Kenneth E. Bach. Born in Westfield, November 4, 1943, the daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret M (Enright) McAneany, Mrs. Bach was raised in Westfield and had lived in Medway for the past 25 years. Mrs. Bach was a graduate of Westfield High School, Western Massachusetts Hospital School of Nursing, and Curry College, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree and Framingham State College where she received her Master’s in Science Degree. A Registered Nurse, Mrs. Bach had worked in Hawaii, Newton Wellesley Hospital, the Natick Visiting Nurse Association and Metro West Hospice. Cathy had been a competitive ice skater and was a member of the Gateway Camera Club. In addition to her husband she is survived by her sons Christopher Bach and his wife Christine of Mendon and Gregory Bach and his wife Emily of Millville. She was the sister of the late Thomas McAneany, Carol Niles and Cornelia Alyward. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Dorothy McAneany of Westfield and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jordan and Noelle Bach. A memorial mass will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Westfield at date to be announced. Mary Ann E. (Burke) Simmons, 73, of Medway, passed away peacefully at home in the loving care of her family on Sunday, December 30, 2012. She was the beloved wife of Richard J. Simmons who died in 1974. Born in Waltham on October 18, 1939, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Anna F. (Greeley) Burke. Mrs. Simmons grew up in Waltham and graduated from Waltham High School. She had been a resident of Medway for over 40 years. Before her retirement, Mary Ann worked at Natick Labs for several years. Mrs. Simmons was an active parishioner of St. Joseph Parish in Medway. She was an avid New England sports fan who especially loved her Red Sox. She enjoyed many trips to Ireland and family vacations on Cape Cod. She is survived by her children, Anne Merritt and her husband William of Oxford, Richard Simmons of Medway, and Katie Heffernan and her husband PJ of Grafton. She is also survived by her brother William Burke and his wife Maura of Andover. Mary Ann also leaves her beloved grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Sean, Patrick, Eilish, Mary and Juliette. All are invited to calling hours on Thursday, January 3 from 4 – 8 p.m. at the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com). A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 4 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village St., Medway. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Needham. Charles F. “Charlie” Quartarone, 26, of Medway died January 1, in Milford Regional Medical Center. Born in Boston, January 6, 1986, the son of Ronald F. and Gail l. (DiGiovanna) Quartarone, Mr. Quartarone had lived in Norwood until moving to Medway in 1992. He was a 2004 graduate of Medway High School. Charlie had been a cook at the Medway House of Pizza. He loved music, especially classic rock, going to concerts and the New England Patriots. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother Joseph Quartarone of Medway. His funeral will be held on Monday January 7 from the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home 3 Barber Street Medway at 9:15 followed by a funeral mass in St. Joseph Church at 10:00. Burial will be private. Laura M. (McCarthy) Rayner, 94, of Medway, died Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at the Medway Country Manor Nursing Home. She was the wife of Robert P. Rayner who died in 1998. Born in Somerville on February 21, 1918, she was the daughter of the late John William and Mary E. (Bown) McCarthy. Mrs. Rayner was a resident of Medway for the past 14 years and formerly resided in Sebago Lake, ME and Needham. Mrs. Rayner graduated from Somerville High School and the former Burdette Business School in Boston and was a homemaker for most of her life. She is survived by her children Robert Rayner of Bellingham, Marilyn Moore of Medway, Alan Rayner of Medway, William Rayner of Needham and Laurie Fucci of Lords Valley, PA. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Timothy Joseph McCarthy. Robert G. Clough, 69, of Medway, died unexpectedly on Monday, January 7, 2013 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Maureen (Chester) Clough since 1975. Born in Boston on August 27, 1943, he was the son of the late George H. and Emma R. (Cella) Clough. Bob was a resident of Medway since 1981. He graduated from the former Boston Latin High School and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. Bob served in the Army during the Vietnam War for three years and attained the rank of sergeant. Before his retirement, Bob worked at Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co in Boston for 3 years and had formerly worked for Boston Edison for 29 years. In his free time, Bob enjoyed woodworking, taking walks, traveling, and doing puzzles. He is survived by his wife, Maureen, sons Jeffrey and Christopher, daughter-in-laws Tatiana and Katelyn and two granddaughters, McKenzie and Tatiana. He is also survived by his brother Kenneth Clough and his wife Marion, his cousin Jack Gill and his wife Maureen and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Palma F. “Pam” (Rizzo) Cuomo, 83, of Medway, died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the Thomas Upham House in Medfield. She was the beloved wife of Joseph M. Cuomo for almost 60 years. Born in Poughkeepsie, NY on March 29, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Florence (Badami) Rizzo. Mrs. Cuomo grew up in Poughkeepsie and resided there until moving to Las Vegas in 1990 where she resided until moving to Medway in 2009. Before her retirement, Mrs. Cuomo worked at IBM in Poughkeepsie for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Jodi Cuomo of Las Vegas and Renee Cassidy and her husband Kevin of Medway and one grandson Joseph Cassidy. She was the sister of the late Josephine Casale and Phil Rizzo. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, January 30 from 4 – 7 p.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway. Diane M. (Antobenedetto) Blood-Ulrich 63, of Millis formerly of Medway, died January 31 in the Clark Home in Westwood. She was the wife of Ian R. Ulrich and was the former wife of the late Bruce Blood. Born in Framingham July 12,1949, the daughter of Shirley (Briggs )Antobenedetto of Medway and the late Alesandro Antobenedetto, Mrs. Blood-Ulrich was raised in Medway had lived there for most of her life prior to moving to Millis. A 1967 graduate of Medway High School, Mrs. Blood Ulrich had been an accountant for the Fusionstorm Company and formerly she had worked for LoJack Company and the GAF Corporation. Mrs. Blood-Ulrich had been a very active member of Christ Episcopal Church in Medway for many years. She had been a CCD teacher and also worked on many Church committees. She enjoyed going to York Beach, Maine, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren. In addition to her husband she is survived by her children, Sean Blood of Worcester, Timothy Kenney of Douglas, Robert Kenney of Rutland, and Michael Kenney of Millis She is also survived by her siblings Sharon Guerin of Bellingham, Linda Harvey of Milford, Alec Antobenedetto of Medway and the late Alice Antobenedetto. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 5 in Christ Episcopal Church, Medway, at 1:00P.M.
